Q: How do photos need to be submitted?

A: Please follow these guidelines:

Send a 5”x7” photo or larger to ensure the best quality reproduction on your signs If sending via email, please sand as a 5”x7”, high resolution, in .jpeg or .bmp format. (In our experience, photo quality on signs is generally better if scanned from an original photo). Color photos can be converted to black and white; however, color photos are required for color photo signs. All photos are returned to our clients after the signs are produced.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Most stock items ship by the next business day. Custom orders and personalized signs ship within 4-5 business days from receipt of the signed final approval. 7 business days is required for any screenprinted order. Rush orders can be requested (upon availability) at an additional charge of 25% of the total order. Q: Why is text not displaying properly on my sign preview or the site's navigation?

A: This site is intended to be viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or later. Customers viewing the site with web browsers other than Internet Explorer or on Apple Macintosh computers may experience information displaying incorrectly. If these problems occur, please feel free to contact us directly for your order placement at 1-800-521-2115.

Q: Why is the information that I enter or change not displaying when I update my sign preview; or why is it changing or not retained between previews of different items?

A: Information that is entered for a sign preview is retained by a "cookie". A cookie is a piece of information sent to your browser by our Web Server. The browser then returns that information to our Web server. This is how our site "remembers" your information between sign layouts and from previous visits. Cookies are harmless and cannot affect the performance of your computer. Sometimes these "cookies" become corrupted and must be deleted for sites features to function properly. For Microsoft Internet Explorer follow these steps to clear your cookies:

1. Click on Tools at the top of your Internet browser.
2. In the drop-down menu click Internet Options
3. Under Temporary Internet Files click Delete Cookies
4. When asked to delete cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder click OK.
5. Click OK on the Internet Options menu
